EverStar Custom Artwork Design Package - 5 Exclusive Designs

Create something your customers can only find in your store with five custom EverStar artwork designs created specifically for your business, community, or destination.

Your custom artwork can be used across EverStar Interchangeable Night Lights, EverStar Magnets, or both, giving you the opportunity to build a coordinated collection unique to your shop.

This package is for the design and creation of 5 exclusive artwork designs. Physical night light art scenes and magnets are not included in the design package and are purchased separately.

How It Works

1. Purchase the Custom Artwork Design Package

Your wholesale purchase covers the creation of 5 original artwork designs specifically for your store.

Designs can feature local landmarks, historic buildings, attractions, water towers, scenery, your business, your community, or other locations and subjects that are meaningful to your customers.

2. Tell Us What You'd Like Designed

After your order is placed, we'll contact you to gather information, photos, and ideas for your five designs.

3. We Create Your Artwork

EverStar will create your five custom designs and provide proofs for your approval.

4. Your Designs Become Store-Exclusive

Once approved, your five designs are reserved exclusively for your business. They will not be sold to another retailer or offered through EverStar's retail channels while your exclusivity remains active.

5. Choose How You Want to Sell Them

Once your designs are approved, they can be used for:

• EverStar Interchangeable Night Light Art Scenes
• EverStar Premium Acrylic Magnets
• Both product lines

Purchase the applicable EverStar collection or refill package in the quantity you need and let us know how you'd like your order divided among your custom designs.

For example, you could order a 48-piece Art Scene Refill Pack and divide it:

10 of Design 1
10 of Design 2
10 of Design 3
10 of Design 4
8 of Design 5

Or use those same custom designs to create a coordinated assortment of EverStar magnets.

You choose the products, designs, quantities and assortment that work best for your store.

What's Not Included

Physical products are not included with this design package.

Once your artwork has been approved, purchase the applicable EverStar Night Light Art Scene Refill Pack, Main Street Magnet Collection, or other eligible EverStar product package.

Your exclusive designs remain on file, making it easy to reorder your best sellers whenever you need to restock.

Artwork Ownership and Exclusivity

All original artwork and design files created by EverStar Design & Laser remain the intellectual property of EverStar Design & Laser, LLC. Purchasing this package does not transfer ownership of the artwork or underlying design files to the retailer.

Your store receives exclusive access to purchase and sell EverStar products featuring the custom designs while you maintain an active wholesale relationship with EverStar and continue purchasing those designs from us.

If you discontinue purchasing the custom designs or your wholesale relationship with EverStar ends, store exclusivity may end and EverStar retains the right to use, modify, license, or offer the artwork elsewhere.

The artwork and digital design files may not be copied, reproduced, transferred, provided to another manufacturer, or used to produce products outside of EverStar without written permission.
